There is a Nigerian Student who has been granted a permanent residency in the United States, President Obama has passed a private bill in which, he has signed a bill giving permanent residency to one immigrant named Victor. He want to join Ohio medical School after completion of this graduation and require to submit his permanent residency in the state which is also called green card and he had to submit in the university for getting into that University.
